CME Notice:  the Florida Academy of Osteopathy (FAO) provides educational content in partnership with the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society (PCOMS).  PCOMS is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) events to physicians.  This activity is anticipated to provide up to 20 hours of Category 1-A CME to eligible physicians.  Eligible physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.

Schedule at A Glance:

Friday April 25, 2025:  topics will center around Hypomobility (Restriction) and will feature Dr Anthony Capobianco DO, FCA an esteemed osteopathic physician from New York.  There will be a heavy emphasis on hands on labs and everyone will have the opportunity to get treated.  All attendees will get a copy of Dr Capobianco’s heavily indexed book, Primer on Osteopathy in the Cranial Field!  

Saturday April 26, 2025:  topics will center around Hypermobility and will feature a combination of lectures/ didactics and hands on labs.  This day will feature several speakers who will highlight various aspects of this far-reaching topic:  from physical exam considerations and classifications, to cardiovascular considerations, to rheumatologic considerations.  

The afternoon will feature a variety of hands-on lab opportunities.  

The evening will include an optional dinner/ get together and all are welcome to attend.  Restaurant TBD.

Sunday April 27, 2025:  topics will center around Hypermobility and this day will again feature Dr Anthony Capobianco DO, FCA with a variety of labs and hands-on opportunities.  We will also provide for a “round-robin” panel type of interaction where all attendees can learn from each other.
