Supporter Membership
may be awarded by the officers to those persons who are interested in the Academy and make contributions annually equal to the dues paid by Physician members. Such individuals shall have no rights or privileges of membership.
Documentation Required: completed application; letter to FAO specifying interest in osteopathy; CV.
