ELIGIBILITY: (1) MD or DO licensed in any state in the USA, or (2) medical student actively enrolled in a COCA/ LCME accredited school, or (3) trainee enrolled in ACGME accredited program.

ALL other individuals who do not meet one of the above criteria must submit the following: CV, official professional license, and letter explaining experience in osteopathy for consideration. Registration for these individuals is not final until approved.
